A motorcyclist has died after a crash on Tī Rākau Dr in east Auckland.
Police confirmed in a statement on Wednesday the crash occurred around 4:30pm and involved the motorcyclist and a bus.
The motorcyclist died at the scene.
Part of Tī Rākau Dr is closed between Greenmount Dr and Huntington Dr and the serious crash unit is at the scene.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area if possible.
