Police have concerns for the safety of a missing woman due to her intellectual disability and dementia.
Elisapeta Soli, 66, was last seen at her home address in Pakuranga Heights on January 6 at 7am.
She is Samoan and speaks very little English.
Ms Soli is 165cm tall and of medium build, with black shoulder-length hair.
Police say she is likely wearing a jacket and hat or beanie.
On other occasions, Ms Soti has been located at Auckland Airport, as well as the Otara and Middlemore areas.
Police want to hear from anyone who has heard from her or may have seen her.
