Bali hotel worker asks Kiwi woman for blowjob in exchange for refund

A Kiwi woman has filmed the moment a Bali hotel worker asked her for sexual favours in exchange for a refund.

Aneta Baker was checking out of the Ramada Bali Sunset Road Hotel in Kuta when she noticed she'd been charged for an extra night.

But instead of offering her the money back, the worker, who she films in an 8-minute clip, pulls her aside for a private discussion.

Nine seconds in, he communicates he would like her to give him a blowjob in exchange for her cash.

"Because for me it's difficult [to process the refund]... I just give you the option."

He says it wouldn't be a refund from the hotel, but instead a 'refund' in the form of his own money.

"It cannot be a refund... I'll just help you get the money."

But the employee is lost for words when Ms Baker hits back, saying she is married and his behaviour is inexcusable.

"You know I'm married and you want me to give you a blowjob.

"Doesn't that seem strange to you? Is it not, like, pretty unprofessional.

"I don't think you should offer that at all.

"I feel really insulted that you'd even offer that, that's ridiculous.

"All I have within me is holding back from slapping you."

The worker becomes increasingly uncomfortable when Ms Baker repeatedly asks to speak to his manager.

"Okay I give you the refund," he finally says, seemingly in a bid for her to not approach his boss.

"I'll process the refund."

In a lengthy Facebook post Ms Baker says while in the end the overcharge came down to "miscommunication", she was left feeling vulnerable.

"I wonder what if... This happened to someone who really needed that money? This happened to a younger girl that felt pressured to say yes?

"No one should experience this and I'm somewhat glad it happened to me so I can be a voice for the voiceless, that I can speak up for those who may not have felt they could!"

Ms Baker told Daily Mail Australia she had the "instinct to record" immediately after he asked for a blowjob.

"My dad's a lawyer so he installed in me to take pictures and get all adequate information during things like car accidents, but I guess it's been ingrained in me enough that it was almost like second nature to respond this way when in this situation.

"The boss man was incredibly apologetic and has said that this person would not have a job the next day. I am also waiting to be filled in with how they process this incident and asked to be kept in the loop."

Her video has been viewed over 3.7 million times since it was uploaded on February 3. The employee has since been fired.

"We are very sorry that the guest experienced it in our hotel, of course we do not condone this behavior from our staff members," the hotel told Indonesian media.

The hotel, Ms Baker and Indonesian police have been contacted by Newshub.
