A young boy is critically injured after he was hit by a car in central Auckland.
The Fire Service and Emergency NZ says they were called to the Mission Bay carpark at 1:30pm on Friday afternoon.
A St John ambulance spokeswoman says the young boy is between three and five years old. He was taken to Starship Hospital in a critical condition.
Police are also at the scene, and are currently speaking to someone about the incident.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised, police say.
