Police are appealing to the public for any sightings of two vehicles following a shooting in Auckland's Mt Albert on Tuesday morning.
A man was shot at 139 Carrington Road shortly before 9am and has been taken to hospital with moderate injuries.
Police are looking to speak to any witnesses.
They also hope to hear from anyone who has information about the whereabouts of two vehicles believed to be connected to the shooting.
The first is a black hatchback with the number plate HWG485.
The other is a black Hyundai SUV with the number plate LBJ2.
