The man on a mission to save lives by increasing the country's cardiac arrest survival rates

Sudden cardiac arrest strikes 2000 Kiwis every year and fewer than 15 percent survive.  

But now someone has decided to change this grim statistic by installing thousands of life-saving defibrillators.
