A Christchurch man has been arrested and charged with sexual violation after giving massages at a dance school.
Tangapiri Teikamata, 52, appeared in the Christchurch District Court on Friday afternoon facing one charge of sexual violation.
Police say he was giving massages at a Christchurch Dance School when the alleged offence took place.
He has been remanded in custody until next month.
The Dance School he was working at has been granted name suppression, but police are urging anyone who has attended a dance school in Christchurch and has concerns about similar behaviour to come forward.
