A Kiwi tech company has designed a sexual harassment bot aimed at combatting unwanted advances in the workplace.
Automio has released the bot on their website, which creates a sexual harassment policy unique to each business, free.
An online test takes two minutes to complete, Automio founder and chief executive Claudia King says, as the bot asks different questions relating to the business.
Ms King says it's an issue close to the heart of her business with half of her team being ex-lawyers.
"There has been attention about sexual harassment in the legal sector. My team feel strongly about this issue."
It still comes down to the business itself to make sure the policy in enforced.
