A man has been arrested after threatening to shoot people at a Work and Income Office in Rotorua.
Police were called to an incident just after 1pm, and the office was put into lockdown for two hours.
Police say they're speaking with him following "comments of concern".
A witness told Newshub someone called in threatening they had a gun and would come in and shoot somebody.
