A sawmill south of Rotorua has been completely gutted by fire.
Crews were called to Mangamingi Rd near Mihi at about 8:30pm on Wednesday night.
A Fire and Emergency spokesman says 15 crews were fighting the flames at its worst.
The fire isn't believed to be suspicious.
