Like most seven years olds one of Isaiah's favourite thing is to enjoy hanging out with his friends.
However that hasn't always been easy for him.
When he was two-years-old he battled with pneumonia and had part of his left lung removed.
Her was bullied most of his life because of his scars and has had treatment for a rare immune disorder.
Pupils at Murray's Bay Intermediate heard about Isiaih and every single member a class wrote a letter to him asking to be his friend.
He accepted and now has a whole new group of friends to hang out with.
