Teen arsonist sentenced to three years in prison

A teenage arsonist has been sentenced to three years behind bars.

Cory Marson-Wood lit fires across Piha in west Auckland and caused major damage in May 2017.

The arsonist admitted to being under the influence of cannabis when lighting the fires.

He was sentenced on Friday morning at the Auckland High Court.
