A 12-year-old Christchurch girl who was reported missing has been found.
Stella Carroll left her home in the Christchurch suburb of Dallington at 10:50pm on Tuesday, police say.
Police confirmed she had been found "safe and sound" at around 6pm on Wednesday.
Police had put out a public appeal for anyone with information about Stella to urgently contact Christchurch Police.
