A person has died after a house fire in the western Bay of Plenty town of Omokoroa.
Fire and Emergency shift manager Paul Radden says a body was found in the house on Bramley Drive early on Tuesday morning.
He says the house was well-ablaze when crews arrived shortly after 4:30am.
