Two people have been killed after a car hit a building in east Auckland.
Police were called to a stretch of Pakuranga Rd between Johns Ln and Gossamer Dr just after 7:20am on Friday.
The car has left the road and crashed into the side of a dental practice.
Newshub understands the wreck was discovered by an employee arriving at the practice for work in the morning and could have been there some time.
Auckland Transport said in a tweet Pakuranga Rd has been closed.
