A man has died after a bus rolled on him at a private Canterbury property.
Emergency services were called to the property in Leithfield around 4:20 pm on Tuesday afternoon.
Police told Newshub the man was working on a bus and became trapped when it rolled or landed on him.
He was unable to be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death has been referred to the Coroner.
