One lucky Central Otago person has taken away Wednesday's gigantic first division prize - making them $22.3 million richer.
The ticket was sold on MyLotto, and the prize consists of $22 million from Powerball and $333,333 from Lotto first division.
The lucky numbers were 4, 12,18,27,33,35. The Bonus ball is 19, and the Powerball is 8.
This is the largest prize ever won on MyLotto, the biggest win in the South Island ever, and the largest prize won so far this year across the country.
Two other Lotto players from Papamoa and Ashburton will also be celebrating after each winning $333,333 with Lotto first division in tonight's live Lotto draw.
The winning Lotto tickets were sold at Papamoa Superette in Papamoa and on MyLotto.
