Two people were indecently assaulted in the staff carpark at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton on Friday afternoon.
Police say the first happened about 4pm, and the second not long after.
The suspect is described as around 16, Caucasian and about 183cm tall. He was wearing a light-coloured, long-sleeved T-shirt, green pants, black boots and a black baseball cap.
"While we have been working with the hospital and have reviewed CCTV footage, we are also asking the public for their assistance," said Det Sgt Harry Hodgson.
"We would like to hear from anyone who was in the vicinity of Waikato Hospital yesterday between 4-6:30pm or anyone who may have information on who this young man is."
