Three males sought after Palmerston North dairy robbery

Police are seeking three males in relation to a robbery of a Palmerston North dairy on Saturday night.

At roughly 8:20pm police attended the scene of a robbery at Top Cook Dairy and Takeaways, said Det Sgt Jonathan Oram.

Three males had entered the shop and stole tobacco before getting into a white station wagon and driving into Savage Cres.

Sgt Oram said the three were armed with a baseball bat and hammer.

No one was injured in the robbery, and police are carrying out a scene investigation.
