Emergency services were called on Sunday morning after two men got into a street fight in Flaxmere, near Hastings.
The pair were fighting on Kirkcaldy Cres around 11:45am when a third person tried to stop them.
Police told Newshub it was a family harm incident, and minor injuries were being treated at the scene.
