A truck vs car crash in Taranaki on Friday night has put a woman in hospital.
She was driving along State Highway 3A - also known as Mountain Rd - at Waiongana, north of Inglewood, when the crash happened, just before 8pm.
The woman, who was driving the car, was airlifted to hospital in critical condition.
No one else is believed hurt. She was the only person in the car.
The serious crash unit is investigating.
