Police are appealing for two people in relation to the homicide investigation into the death of 19-year-old Sosiua Helotu Ula.
Mr Ula suffered fatal injuries after he fell from a moving Mercedes on Warspite Ave, Porirua, just after 4pm on Sunday.
Police say there was a passenger in the car who they would like to locate.
The driver of the car was arrested and has appeared in court charged with driving while disqualified and supplying methamphetamine.
The second person of interest is the driver of a silver Mazda RX8, who was seen at the Waitangirua shops shortly before 4pm on Sunday.
Police say the driver was seen driving at speed along Warspite Ave behind the Mercedes.
They believe the driver has information that will assist with the investigation.
Police would also like to hear from anyone who saw either of these vehicles in the Waitangirua area on Sunday.
