A New Zealander who was jailed for sharing execution-style IS (Islamic State) videos has been granted parole.
Imran Patel has been in prison since 2016.
The 29-year-old will be released at an undisclosed date next month.
He will be electronically monitored and one of the conditions is he cannot visit an Auckland mosque.
