Police are investigating after an "unexplained death" in the Auckland suburb of Sandringham on Tuesday.
"Police were called to a residential property in Sandringham just after 7am this morning," a spokesperson says.
"On arrival a person was found deceased. The circumstances of the person's death are unclear at this stage."
Police say more information will be provided as it becomes available.
