Twelve people have been injured following a car vs bus crash in Prebbleton, Canterbury.
A police media spokesperson told Newshub they were called to the crash at the intersection of Trices Rd and Birchs Rd at around 3:30pm on Tuesday.
A St John spokesperson told Newshub one person is seriously injured, three people have moderate injuries and eight people have minor injuries.
All patients are being transferred to Christchurch Hospital.
It's believed twenty six people were on-board the bus that ploughed into a hedge.
One person was in the 4WD vehicle.
No-one was trapped in either vehicle, A Fire and Emergency spokesperson told Newshub.
