A search is resuming Monday morning for two fishermen who were swept off the rocks at the bottom of the South Island.
The pair disappeared from Slope Point Rd just after 4pm on Sunday.
Swimmers, Coastguard and helicopters scoured the waters all afternoon but teams stood down overnight.
The search will resume at 8:30am.
