Auckland commuters are facing traffic chaos after a lane became blocked just before the Waterview Tunnel.
Two lanes were closed as emergency services were called to the crash, which occurred on State Highway 20 headed north near the Hendon St footbridge.
It was cleared as of 6:55, but one lane was still blocked.
"This crash scene now cleared to the left, however, left lane northbound remains blocked just prior to the Waterview Tunnel. #AklTraffic is heavy from Dominion Rd. Allow extra time," the NZTA said on Twitter.
