There's been a large building fire in south Dunedin overnight.
Five crews attended the blaze at GasCo and Pipeline on Hillside Rd.
Shift commander Mau Barbara told Newshub emergency services received several calls just 1am on Saturday.
"On arrival it was well ablaze, then crews asked for more assistance from further appliances.
"It was a 15x15m concrete block construction."
Video of the fire shows fire crews working on it, as a gas tank sits in the foreground. One crew is still on site dampening down.
The cause of the fire isn't yet known.
