A man has died following a workplace incident in Te Puke.
The man, who is in his 40s, received critical injuries in the workplace incident at around 3pm on Thursday.
Police attended the scene on Jellicoe street and the man was later transported to Tauranga Hospital where he subsequently died of his injuries.
WorkSafe NZ has been notified.
