A police pursuit involving a stolen vehicle ended in a crash on Tuesday evening.
The Mazda Demio was identified as stolen around 11:45pm on Tuesday in the west Auckland suburb of Sunnyvale.
Police tried to pull the driver over, but they fled and a pursuit was initiated.
The chase was quickly abandoned and the car crashed into a property at the intersection of Lincoln and Triangle Rd soon afterward.
