Counsellor advises Christchurch residents to seek help, stay connected

A counsellor and sister of a woman who pulled her taxi over to help those injured during the Christchurch terror attacks has outlined ways locals can seek support.

Jeanette Ellmers-Ward told The AM Show people should watch out for those in their community who look like they're withdrawing, stay connected to them ,and focus on their physical health.

She also recommends Charity Hospital as one organisation that can provide counselling to those unable to afford it themselves.
