Two people were stabbed in a fight in Auckland early on Sunday morning.
A large scrap broke out at the Grey Lynn Tavern on Great North Rd, police said. The fight spilled over onto the road, and two people ended up with stab wounds.
They were taken to Auckland Hospital by friends, and are both in a stable condition after undergoing surgery.
