A log truck's trailer has tipped near the Dunedin suburb of Ravensbourne on Monday morning, bringing down power lines and blocking off a state highway.
A police spokeswoman told Newshub they were alerted to the incident on Ravensbourne Rd (SH88), near the intersection of Burkes Dr and Dunedin-Port Chalmers Rd about 8:25am.
The spokeswoman said the road was blocked, and traffic is being redirected down Halls Rd while emergency services are at the scene. The power authority has been alerted and will remove the power lines from the road.
No-one was reported injured.
