There are many ways people are bullied, from online, to real life taunts and teasing to your face.
Today is Pink Shirt Day, a day to take a stand against bullying.
And two people who will be wearing their Pink Shirts with pride today are social media influencer Jessie Guru and her Dad, Mayor of Kapiti Coast, Guru.
