This month marks the start of Westpac’s Chopper Appeal, fundraising for New Zealand’s Rescue Helicopters.
Often it's a service you may never think you’ll need, until you do.
We’ve partnered with the Westpac Chopper rescue, and sent Aziz on a mission to meet not people whose lives have been saved, but the pilots and paramedics who are involved in those rescue missions.
This morning he met experienced paradmedic Karl Taylor who has been working with the rescue chopper for over seven years, and fundraiser Olaf Adam, who has helped raise over $160,000 for the appeal.
