An infant has died after what police described as a "tragic accident" at Auckland's Sky City on Wednesday afternoon.
St John's ambulance crews rushed to the complex just before 4.30pm and took the baby, who was in a critical condition, to Starship Hospital.
Police told Newshub the baby died of their injuries overnight.
No further details about the incident have been released.
The infant's death will be referred to the coroner.
