Four people have been found injured at a rural property near Kawhia on Thursday morning, with one having critical injuries.
Authorities were called to the rural address near Kawhia at around 4am on Thursday morning after receiving a report of four people being found injured.
Police say one of the individuals is understood to have critical injuries, while the other three are moderately injured.
One person is assisting police with their enquiries into the matter. Police are working to understand the circumstances of the incident.
