Search and rescue teams are looking for a 21-year-old Danish man missing near Fox Glacier.
Police say he entered the Karangarua Valley area on a solo hunting trip on 3 June. He was last seen on 6 June by other hunters in the Cassel Flat hut.
He was reported overdue on Monday.

Police report he has a personal locator beacon which has not been activated.
The weather in the region where he is missing has been cold and wet, and a heavy rain warning is in place for Tuesday.
The area where he was last seen is known to be hazardous.
His family in Denmark have been told of his disappearance.
