Fog has blanketed Auckland for a second day running, causing transport chaos.
Around 56 domestic regional flights at Auckland Airport have been cancelled, after Wednesday's fog caused the cancellation of 21 flights.
Twenty-two domestic flights were also delayed on Thursday. No international flights were affected.
The NZTA is again warning drivers to be careful on the roads.
"There's more fog this morning, again reducing visibility across much of Auckland's motorway network," it said on Twitter.
"Please take extra care on your morning commute today. Allow extra time and mind your following distance. "
