Emergency services are responding to a large fire at a Christchurch property.
Fire and Emergency received reports of the blaze at 6:10pm on Thursday and sent three trucks to the address on Jones Road in Rolleston.
"When we arrived we saw the property was pretty well involved," a FENZ spokesperson told Newshub.
Eight trucks are currently on scene battling the blaze.
Police also attended the blaze but say there is no "immediate indication" that the fire is suspicious.
The house is understood to be unoccupied.
The fire investigator is on scene.
