A new start-up in Auckland is offering a novel experience for both customers and workers: nude cleaning.

Nuud Cleaning, which will launch in November, is set to offer various options for punters who want to get their house clean, while keeping their dirty mind.

Punters looking for female cleaners could choose between "underwear", "topless" and "Nuud" options; while those after a male cleaner could pick either "underwear" or "Nuud".

The cost for a cleaner clad just in their briefs was $99 an hour, with a completely in-the-buff cleaner costing $179.

The topless option was $149 an hour.

The company, which markets itself as a "naked cleaning company with a difference", said it aims to promote self-respect and body confidence.

"Our priority is creating a memorable customer experience while leaving nothing to your imagination."

In its terms and conditions, the company makes it clear that it is "strictly" forbidden to touch the cleaners. Contacting cleaners privately is also against the rules.

Customers can, however, take off their own clothes while the cleaner is over.

"Embrace nudity and be comfortable with your body in the safety of your own home," the company's website encourages potential clients.

Cleaners would also understand if customers' bodies had a "reaction" during the experience.

"Nuud Cleaners are very professional. They won't get upset and will understand your reaction to a naked body. However, please respect them and their personal space," the website said, adding that cleaners "do not provide sexual services and our cleaning services should not be treated as a sexual experience."

Taking photos or video of the cleaners was also strictly forbidden.
