One person has died following a workplace accident in the South Auckland suburb of Ōtāhuhu.
Police are currently at a commercial address on Savill Drive after being notified of the accident at around 1:30pm on Monday.
A 16-year-old male has died at the scene. It is believed a forklift fell on the young man.
WorkSafe has been notified of the fatality.
