Rocket Lab has successfully launched a rocket from Māhia Peninsula.
It was the Kiwi-founded company's ninth launch of an Electron rocket.
The rocket took off for the 'As The Crow Flies' mission. Bad weather delayed the launch earlier this week, but the Hawke's Bay skies were clear for a second attempt.
Lift-off was at 2:22pm.
