Man accused of murdering Upper Hutt woman Lois Tolley pleads not guilty

The 27-year-old man accused of murdering Upper Hutt woman Lois Tolley in 2016 has pleaded not guilty.

He appeared in Wellington High Court on Friday morning. 

The accused also faces charges of robbery and assault.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges against him.

He is set to reappear in court next October.

Police are still searching for two other people in connection with Tolley's murder.
