Squawk Squad utilising technology to help save New Zealand's native birds

Each year predators kill around 25 million native New Zealand birds, leaving around 80 percent of our bird species threatened with extinction.

Squawk Squad is a social enterprise helping to combat this by combining the power of technology with conservation and education by connecting people with tools to fund traps. 

Squawk Squad co-founder Fraser McConnell spoke to The AM Show.
