A major fire has broken out in Hamilton's CBD on Sunday.
A Fire and Emergency spokesperson told Newshub they responded to a call of pallets on fire against a building.
When they arrived they found the fire had spread to the roof, which is "well-involved" in flames.
A video taken by witnesses on the scene shows a massive plume of dark smoke rising into the sky.
Fire and Emergency say there are currently six trucks battling the blaze.
An aerial appliance and Hazmat unit are also on the scene.
