Police are asking the public for information on a missing German tourist.
Alexander Fabrice Gaitzsch, aged 24-years-old has been reported as missing.
He was last seen in Auckland on Sunday, December 1.
Gaitzsch has brown hair, is around 170cm tall and of a slim build, according to Police.
Babett Bildergalerie, believed to be a family member of Gaitzsch, posted on the Facebook page, Missing People NZ the man has been travelling around the world on his bike.
She said, he usually reports every two to three days when he has Wi-fi.
"At the moment he is on a tour through New Zealand and unfortunately, there is no contact since 30.11.19." Bildergalerie posted on Facebook.
Police have heard Alexander may be on the Waikato river trails area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 105.
