Police officers investigating the killing of a person found buried near Tongariro have searched a second Auckland property.
Police uncovered human remains buried in a shallow grave off Rangipo Intake Road in March.
After searching a Massey address earlier this month police have now examined an apartment in Auckland's CBD.
Detective Inspector John Sutton said a photo of Chinese man Bao Chang Wang - known as Ricky Wang - has now been made public.
He said while the body is yet to be identified, Wang's movements are unknown since 2017.
Police are asking anyone with information about the case to come forward or call Crimestoppers anonymously.
