One person has died in a "major crash" in Waikato involving a motorcycle.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand told Newshub two fire appliances are attending what is a "major crash" on Tuakau Bridge-Port Waikato Rd.
Police say it was a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle early on Friday morning. Officers were alerted to it at 8:20am.
One person has died.
Traffic diversions have been put into place and the Serious Crash Unit is at the scene.
