Fire crews are working to put out a large blaze in Lower Hutt.
Emergency services were called to Penrose St shortly after 4pm on Thursday.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) spokesperson said no-one has been injured.

Four fire crews are at the scene, FENZ said.
